On behalf of Morco Products Ltd , Compass wanted to highlight the recent safety concern that has been issued by them in regard to a potential fire risk to certain Morco water heaters.

I have an affected model, what do I need to do?

If you have an affected model, you will need to contact Morco by completing a Safety Upgrade Form. Morco will then arrange for a Gas Safe Registered Engineer to fit the Safety upgrade service pack at no cost.
